Is it difficult to get started with e-cigarettes?
We at cigge.se have made it very easy by offering customers starter kits that contain everything you need to get started vaping; you only need to purchase e-juice separately. With our more advanced starter kits, however, you may need to purchase external batteries for your e-cig, as they do not have built-in batteries.

I cough a lot when I puff on my e-cig; what should I do?
If this happens to you, we recommend lowering the nicotine strength of your e-liquid. This is very common for people who are new to the e-cigarette world, but don't worry, it is nothing to worry about. It is all about experimenting to find the nicotine strength that satisfies you! It may also be that your throat is sensitive to PG (propylene glycol), which is the substance that creates the throat hit when you inhale from your electronic cigarette. In that case, look for an e-juice with a higher VG percentage.
If you have ordered several e-juices from our online store and would like to change the nicotine strength, you can exchange them for a lower nicotine strength (provided the products have not been opened). Please contact our support team if you would like to make an exchange.
Which e-cig is right for me?
There are many e-cigarettes on the market, and it can be difficult to decide which e-cig to buy. There are a few things you should consider when getting an e-cig:

• Can the e-cigarette vaporize the e-juice I have chosen?

I have a simpler e-cig; which VG/PG ratio should I use in my e-liquid?
If you have a simpler e-cig, such as an eGo AIO, we recommend a VG/PG ratio of 50/50 or 60/40, as the coils in an eGo AIO cannot handle more than 60/40. The liquid begins to become very thick above 60/40, and the atomizer cannot vaporize the e-liquid quickly enough, which results in less flavor.
What do I need to mix my own e-juice?
To mix your own e-juice, you will need base liquid & flavors. We have a large selection of flavors with every taste you can imagine, so feel free to take a look at our flavor range.
