• All-in-one starter kits: These starter kits contain everything you need to start vaping, including a device, a container for e-liquid (tank), and charging cable. They are usually designed for beginners who want a simple and convenient experience.
• Mod starter kits: Mod starter kits include a device (e-cig) called a mod, and a container for e-liquid. These are usually for more experienced users who want more control and customization options in their vaping experience.
• Pod starter kits: Pod starter kits contain a smaller device and a consumable container (tank) called a pod. These are usually simple and convenient to use and are designed for beginners or users who want a more discreet & smooth vaping experience.
• Pen starter kits: Pen starter kits contain a device that looks like a pen, and a container for e-liquid. These are usually designed for beginners or users who want a more discreet vaping experience.

What is a Disposable Vape?

A disposable vape, or disposable e-cigarette, is a type of e-cigarette designed to be used once and then discarded. They come pre-packaged with a preset amount of nicotine e-juice and a pre-installed battery. When you've used up all the e-juice in the device or the battery runs out, the entire device is thrown away. You don't need to worry about charging the battery or refilling with more e-juice, which makes them convenient for use on the go.

For beginners

As a beginner, it may be best to choose an "all-in-one starter kit" or a pod starter kit. These starter kits are usually easy to use and don't require much knowledge about vaping. They also usually have a smaller and more discreet design that may be more suitable for those who have just started vaping.

What are coils?

A coil is a part of an e-cigarette tank that is used to heat up the e-liquid and turn it into vapor. The coil consists of a thin wire, usually metal such as stainless steel, nichrome, or kanthal, wrapped around a cotton roll.

When the e-cigarette is activated, an electric current is sent through the wire in the coil, which heats the wire and cotton, which in turn vaporizes the e-liquid. Since coils can wear out and become dirty over time, they need to be replaced regularly to maintain optimal performance in the e-cigarette. E-cigarettes in our range come with replaceable coils and those with built-in coils.

Which coil should I choose?

Which type of coil you should choose depends on several factors, including your personal preference, e-cigarette and which e-liquid you use. Here are some things to consider when choosing a coil:

• Vapor production: If you want big vapor clouds, you should choose a coil designed to produce a lot of vapor, such as a dual or triple wire coil or a mesh coil.
• Flavor: If the flavor experience is important to you, you should choose a coil that provides a clean and intense flavor profile, such as a single wire or mesh coil.
• Throat hit: If you want to avoid a strong throat hit, a coil with higher resistance may be better for you.
• E-cigarette model: Check what type of coil your e-cigarette model requires. Some models require specific types of coils.
• Experience: If you're new to e-cigarettes, it may be best to start with a single-wire coil and then experiment with other types of coils.

What is a single-wire coil?

A single-wire coil is a type of coil that consists of a single wire wrapped around the cotton and is the most common type of coil. The single wire provides a clean flavor profile and is good for people who want a simple and reliable experience.

What is a mesh coil?

A mesh coil is a type of coil used in e-cigarettes. It consists of a fine-mesh metal plate shaped like a cylinder and rolled around a cotton roll. Mesh coils provide more even heating of the cotton, which provides a more intense and cleaner flavor profile compared to traditional wire coils.

Mesh coils also produce more vapor and have a longer lifespan than traditional wire coils. Mesh coils are available in different sizes and resistances to suit different e-cigarette models and personal preferences. Mesh coils are particularly popular among advanced e-cigarette users who want a more intense flavor experience and greater vapor production.

It feels complicated with coils... Can you explain simply which one I should have?

No problem!

If you're new to e-cigarettes and want a simple and reliable experience, a regular, single-wire coil is a good choice for you. Single-wire coils provide a clean flavor profile and are usually easier to handle than other types of coils.

What about the ohm rating on my e-cigarette coil?

• If you want milder vapor production and milder throat hit, choose a coil with higher ohm rating (1.0 ohm or higher).
• If you want more vapor and more throat hit, choose a coil with lower ohm rating (0.2 or lower)
• Everything in between is exactly in between, neither more in one direction or the other

Batteries

In short, there are two different "types" of batteries when it comes to e-cigarettes. Some, more powerful e-cigs, need an external battery. These usually come in sizes 18650, 26650, 20700 & 21700.

E-cigarettes that are a little less advanced and require a little less power have a built-in battery that is charged via USB-C

There is also a combination of these two, i.e. an e-cig that supports both external battery and internal (charged via USB-C)

Which battery should I have for my e-cig?

The choice of battery for your e-cigarette depends on several factors, including what type of e-cigarette you have and your personal preferences. Before buying a battery for your e-cigarette, it is important to check which type of battery fits your device. Most e-cigarette batteries use lithium-ion batteries and come in different sizes and capacities.

What battery types are there?

A common size for e-cigarette batteries is 18650, but there are also other common sizes like 21700 and 26650. The size and capacity of the battery affects how long it will last between charges. If you want longer battery life, you can choose a battery with higher capacity.

What is AMP?

Amp stands for ampere and is a unit of electrical current. In connection with e-cigarette batteries and vaping, ampere is often used to describe the battery's "maximum continuous discharge current", which indicates how much current the battery can deliver without overheating or being damaged. This is important to consider when choosing a battery and when building your own coils on an e-cigarette.

What is Watt?

Watt is a unit of power used in electricity and electronics. In vaping, watt is used to describe how much power is delivered from the e-cigarette's battery to the heating element in the tank. The higher the wattage, the more vapor and flavor will be produced.

When vaping, you can adjust the wattage to customize the experience. If you use a sub-ohm tank with low resistance, higher wattage is usually required to achieve the desired amount of vapor. If you use a tank with higher resistance, you may need lower wattage to avoid burning the coil and to achieve optimal flavor and vapor.

Some e-cigarette models have automatic wattage adjustment that adjusts the power automatically according to the resistance of the tank, while other models require manual adjustment of the wattage.

Battery safety

Battery safety is an important factor to consider when handling e-cigs. Because some e-cigarette batteries are rechargeable and used in close proximity by the user, they can cause serious injury if not handled properly. To avoid hazards such as overheating, explosion or fire, you should always use batteries that are of high quality and from reliable manufacturers.

Other ways to ensure battery safety include avoiding overcharging and overexertion by only using recommended chargers and charging cables. It is also important to store batteries safely, use some of our battery cases, to avoid short circuits or damage to the battery.

If you notice any signs of damage or wear on the battery, such as cracks, dents or leakage, you should stop using the battery immediately and replace it with a new battery. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a safe and trouble-free vaping experience.

Battery wraps

A battery wrap is a thin, plastic-coated film that covers an e-cigarette battery. Battery wraps are important for battery safety because they protect the battery from short circuits and other damage that can occur if the battery comes into contact with other metal objects or if the plastic casing is damaged.

When the battery's original wrap becomes damaged, cracked or worn, it can expose the battery to danger. Having an intact battery wrap is therefore crucial to ensure that the battery is safe to use.

If a battery wrap becomes damaged or worn, you can easily replace it with a new one. There are many different types and patterns of battery wraps to choose from, and it's easy to find replacement wraps on our site or in one of our stores

What is an E-liquid?

An e-liquid, also called e-juice, is the liquid used in e-cigarettes to produce vapor. The e-liquid consists of a mixture of propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), flavors and sometimes nicotine.

E-liquid comes in many different flavors, from fruity and sweet flavors to more classic tobacco flavors. There are also a variety of nicotine strengths to choose from, from nicotine-free to high strength.

The e-liquid works by being heated and converted to vapor when the user draws on the e-cigarette.

What flavors of E-liquids are there?

There are incredibly many different flavors of E-liquids to choose from. Here are the most common ones:

Tobacco flavors: For those who want a more traditional taste of tobacco, there are many different options to choose from. From mild, sweet flavors to more robust and spicy ones, tobacco flavors can help recreate the feeling of smoking a traditional cigarette.

Fruity flavors: Fruity flavors are popular among many e-cigarette users, with options like strawberries, blueberries and citrus fruits. These flavors can be both sweet and refreshing.

Candy flavors: For those who like something sweet, there are a variety of e-liquids with candy flavors. From bubblegum and sour candies to various sweets, candy flavors can help satisfy a sweet tooth.

Menthol and mint flavors: Menthol and mint flavors can give a cold and refreshing feeling when inhaling the vapor from the e-cigarette. From mild peppermint to strong menthol, there are many options to choose from.

Dessert flavors: Dessert e-liquid is a type of e-liquid that is perfect for those who like sweet flavors and desserts. These e-liquids contain flavors like vanilla, chocolate, caramel, cake and much more. What is a shortfill?

Shortfill are e-liquids that come in a larger bottle size than regular e-liquids, often between 50 ml and 120 ml. But, unlike regular e-liquids, shortfills come without nicotine.

Shortfills come in different sizes to suit different needs and preferences. The most common sizes for shortfills are 50 ml, 60 ml, 100 ml and 120 ml.

50 ml and 60 ml shortfills are the most popular. 100 ml and 120 ml shortfills are better for those who want a larger amount of e-liquid of their favorite flavor to simply last longer

It is important to note that shortfills always come without nicotine, which allows users to add their own nicotine as needed

What is the TPD law?

The TPD law, or Tobacco Products Directive, is legislation introduced by the European Union to regulate the sale of tobacco products and e-cigarettes.

One of the most important parts of the TPD law concerns e-cigarettes and e-liquids. The law requires that all e-cigarettes and e-liquids sold in the EU must meet certain requirements to be safe to use and reduce the risks of health problems.

Shortfills are a type of e-liquid that can be seen as a way to circumvent the TPD law, but it is important to understand that shortfills themselves do not violate the law. The TPD law only regulates the sale of e-liquids containing nicotine, while shortfills are sold without nicotine and are not subject to the same restrictions.

How do I add nicotine to my shortfill?

Adding nicotine to a shortfill is a relatively simple process. First and foremost, you should make sure your shortfill is large enough to hold both the e-liquid and the nicotine shot.

When you're ready to add nicotine, open the bottle with your shortfill and pour in the nicotine shot. It's important to follow the instructions for the specific nicotine shot and not add too much nicotine, as this can lead to health problems.

After you have added nicotine, shake the bottle thoroughly to make sure the e-liquid and nicotine shot are properly mixed. What is a longfill?

A longfill is a type of e-liquid designed to make it easy to mix your own e-liquid at home. Longfills come in a larger bottle containing a high concentration of flavoring, but lacks base liquid & nicotine. Users can then add base liquid and nicotine to create a finished e-liquid.

Longfills offer a great advantage for users who want to mix their own e-liquid, as they make it easier to achieve a perfect flavor combination with base liquid and adjust the nicotine strength. In addition, users save money by buying larger quantities of flavorings and nicotine separately, instead of buying pre-mixed e-liquids.

Longfills come in a variety of flavors, including tobacco, fruit, candy and dessert flavors, so users can find a flavor that suits their personal preferences.

What is a Mod?

A mod is the heart of your e-cig. It is the mod that supplies power to vaporize your e-liquid. You attach the tank and mouthpiece to the mod. There are different types of mods, some require an external vape battery and some have built-in. More advanced and powerful mods require an external battery while more user-friendly ones are charged via USB-C.

The difference between a Mod and a standard e-cigarette

A "standard e-cigarette" is usually a simple device with few adjustable settings, while an e-cig mod is more advanced and allows the user to adjust factors such as power and temperature. With an e-cig mod, you can also replace and customize other things to the device, such as tank & glass.

Cleaning

To clean your e-cig mod, first disassemble the device. Then clean each part separately, avoiding getting electronic components wet. Wipe each part with a soft, dry cloth before reassembling.

What is a pod?

A pod is a type of e-cigarette that is easy to use and portable. It usually consists of two parts: a small cartridge (pod) containing e-liquid and a small battery-powered device that heats the e-liquid and produces vapor

Replaceable pod

A replaceable pod is a component used in pod systems or pod devices. This type of pod is designed to be removed and replaced when the e-liquid is consumed or when you want to change flavor or nicotine strength. Replaceable pods give you flexibility to use different flavors or liquids without having to buy a whole new device every time. Here you'll find pods with mesh coil and standard coil. There is also a wide range of resistance (ohm) to choose from to customize your vaping experience

Pre-filled pod

A "prefilled pod" is a pre-filled container used in pod systems or pod devices. This type of pod already contains e-liquid (e-juice) when purchased and does not need to be refilled by the user. Prefilled pods are simple and convenient to use as they are ready to use right out of the package.

These pre-filled pods usually have a sealed container containing the e-liquid and an integrated coil (heating element) that heats the liquid. When the e-liquid is consumed, you simply discard the pre-filled pod and buy a new one if you want to continue using the device.

Prefilled pods are popular among beginners and users who want a simple and hassle-free vaping experience without having to worry about refilling e-liquid or changing coils.

Should I choose a pod with mesh coil or standard coil?

Pod with mesh coil: A pod with mesh coil uses a mesh coil, which is a type of heating element that has a structure in the form of a net or mesh. This structure can provide several benefits:

• Faster and more even heating: The mesh coil has a larger surface area compared to a standard coil, resulting in faster and more even heating of the e-liquid. This can lead to an improved flavor experience.
• Greater vapor production: The increased surface area of the mesh coil can generate more vapor, which can give a more impressive cloud formation.
• Better flavor: The mesh coil can provide a more intense flavor experience by heating the e-liquid evenly and efficiently.

Pod with standard coil: A pod with standard coil uses a traditional coil without mesh structure. This type of coil also works effectively and provides an acceptable vaping experience, but some differences may include:

• Heating: A standard coil also heats up, but perhaps not as quickly or evenly as a mesh coil due to its smaller surface area.
• Vapor production: Vapor production from a standard coil may be somewhat less than from a mesh coil.
• Flavor: While the flavor experience can still be good with a standard coil, the mesh coil may offer a slightly more intense flavor.

The choice between a pod with mesh coil and a pod with standard coil depends on personal preferences. If you're looking for fast heating, intense flavor and increased vapor production, you might prefer a mesh coil. On the other hand, if you prefer a simpler and more basic vaping experience, a standard coil can work well for you.

Explanation

A tank usually consists of a mouthpiece, a container for the e-liquid and a coil that vaporizes the e-liquid. The tank can be made of plastic, metal or glass and comes in different sizes and shapes. There are also tanks that only consist of a container.

The tank works by filling the e-liquid in the container and it is drawn up through the coil, which then vaporizes the liquid and creates vapor that the user can inhale. A tank is an important component in a vaping device and can have a big impact on the vaping experience. A high-quality tank can produce more vapor and flavor, while having a longer lifespan than a cheaper variant.

Most modern vaping devices have replaceable tanks that allow the user to replace the container when it is empty or when you want to change the flavor of the e-liquid. It is also important to clean the tank regularly to avoid accumulation of dirt that can then affect your vaping experience

Different types of tanks

There are several different types of tanks used in vaping, including:

• Sub-ohm tanks - these tanks have a low resistance level (below 1.0 ohm) and require more power to produce more vapor and flavor.
• RTA (Rebuildable Tank Atomizer) - this type of tank gives the user the ability to build and install their own coil and wick in the container, providing a more customized vaping experience.
• RDA (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) - this type of tank has no container and requires the user to drip e-liquid directly onto the coil and wick for a more customized and intense vaping experience.
• MTL Pods / tanks - these tanks/pods are designed to mimic the experience of smoking a regular cigarette, where the vapor is first collected in the mouth and then inhaled.
• RDAs with squonk mechanism - these are RDA tanks with a squonk mechanism, which allows the user to drip e-liquid directly onto the coil and wick through a bottle integrated into the vaping device.
• Ceramic coil tanks - these tanks use ceramic coil elements instead of traditional metal wires, providing a cleaner flavor and longer coil lifespan.

Unleash your creative side - create e-liquid!

Creating your own e-liquid can be a fun and creative process, but it's also important to be careful and thorough when handling chemicals and ingredients. Here are some steps to create your own e-liquid:

1. Get the necessary equipment: To create your own e-liquid you need a clean work surface, gloves, a mixing bottle with dropper insert & a syringe
2. Choose your ingredients: E-liquid usually consists of a mixture of vegetable glycerin (VG), propylene glycol (PG), flavorings and nicotine (if desired). You can buy these ingredients from us.
3. Mix your ingredients: Follow a recipe or experiment with different proportions of VG, PG and flavorings until you find a blend that suits your taste. If you want nicotine in your e-liquid, make sure to use the right nicotine strength and handle the nicotine carefully.
4. Stir thoroughly: Once you have mixed your ingredients, stir thoroughly to make sure everything is properly mixed.
5. Steep your e-liquid: Steep your e-liquid by storing it in a dark and cool place for a certain time. The time can vary depending on what type of flavors you use
6. Test and adjust: Test your e-liquid and adjust the proportions or flavors as needed until you find a flavor you like.

What is steeping?

Steeping is a term used in vaping and refers to the process of letting the e-liquid sit or "mature" for a certain time to improve the flavor and vapor properties. Steeping can be an important part of the process of creating a high-quality e-liquid, as it can take time for the ingredients to blend properly and for the flavors to fully develop.

Steeping can be done in different ways, but usually it involves storing the e-liquid in a cool and dark place for a certain time, usually a few days to a few weeks. During this time, the e-liquid can get a more rounded and balanced flavor, as well as a smoother and fuller vapor. It's important to follow recommended steeping times and methods for each specific e-liquid, as different flavors and ingredients can affect the steeping process in different ways.

How long should I steep my own dessert juices?

Steeping time for dessert juices can vary depending on flavor and brand. Generally, it is recommended to steep dessert juices for at least a week for the flavors to mature properly and for the e-liquid to get a smoother and fuller flavor. Some dessert juices may need to be steeped for longer, up to several weeks, for the flavors to fully develop.

How long should I steep my own fruit juices?

Steeping time for fruit e-juices can vary depending on flavor and brand. Generally, fruit e-juices don't need to be steeped as long as dessert juices because the fruit flavors are lighter and don't need as much time to develop.

A common recommendation is to steep fruit e-juices for about 3-5 days for the flavors to blend properly and give an even flavor. Some fruit juices may need to be steeped longer to get a more pronounced flavor.

What is base liquid?

Base liquids in vaping are an important component in e-liquids used in e-cigarettes or other vaping devices. Base liquids are a mixture of usually three ingredients: propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG) and water. These base liquids are used to create a base that is mixed with flavorings and possibly nicotine to create e-liquids.

What is PG?

PG stands for propylene glycol and is a commonly occurring ingredient in many different products, including food, medicine and cosmetics. In vaping, PG is used as one of the base liquids in e-liquids used in e-cigarettes and other vaping devices.

PG is a clear, colorless and odorless liquid used as a carrier for flavorings and nicotine in e-liquids. PG has a low viscosity and is thinner than VG (vegetable glycerin) which makes it more absorbent and faster to vaporize. PG also gives a stronger "throat hit" effect similar to what you feel when smoking regular cigarettes, which can be beneficial for former smokers who want a more authentic smoking experience.

What is VG?

VG stands for vegetable glycerin and is one of the most common base liquids used in vaping. VG is a thick, sweet and clear liquid used as one of the main components in e-liquids used in e-cigarettes and other vaping devices.

VG is generally considered safe to use in e-liquids, but can cause side effects such as a dry mouth or throat, as well as reduced flavor intensity. VG also has a sweet taste, which can affect the flavor of the e-liquid. VG-based e-liquids may be more suitable for users who prefer a smoother vaping experience with a larger amount of vapor.

How much VG / PG should I have in my base liquid?

The amount of VG (vegetable glycerin) and PG (propylene glycol) used in e-liquid depends on personal preferences and the type of e-cig and equipment used.

VG is thicker than PG and gives a smoother vapor, while PG gives a stronger "throat hit" and better flavor transfer. Many e-liquids contain a mixture of both VG and PG to achieve a balance between vapor, flavor and "throat hit".

A common blend for e-liquid is 70% VG and 30% PG, but some users prefer a higher proportion of one of the ingredients depending on their personal taste and vaping style.

If you are a beginner in e-cigarettes and not sure which blend suits you best, it is recommended to start with a 50/50 blend and adjust the proportion of VG or PG according to your preferences.

What are Flavors?

Flavors in e-liquid are flavorings added to give e-cigarettes and vaping products different tastes and scents. How much flavor should be in an e-liquid?

How much nicotine should I choose for my e-juice?

The choice of nicotine strength for your e-juice depends on your own nicotine needs and your smoking history. If you are a heavy smoker who smokes more than a pack of cigarettes a day, you may need a higher nicotine strength. If, on the other hand, you are a light smoker or use an e-cigarette as part of a reduction plan, you can choose a lower nicotine strength.

Installment payment

With Klarna, you have the option to spread the cost of your purchase by choosing an invoice over 3, 6 or 12 months. All your purchases are collected on one and the same invoice each month, where you pay a predetermined amount. If you wish to pay more a certain month, that's perfectly fine, and you always have the option to pay off the remaining balance at any time.

A credit check is done at the time of purchase, which can sometimes involve a credit inquiry. If Klarna approves your request for installment, that amount will be added to your existing Klarna Account. Through the Klarna app, you can easily manage your payments and receive payment reminders.

What do I do if the invoice contains an error?

If something is wrong with your invoice that you received from Klarna, you should contact our support at support@cigge.se, attach your order number or customer number and a description of what is wrong with the invoice. We will help you as soon as possible

Why can't I pay with invoice?

You may discover that some or no payment options from Klarna are available to you when you make additional purchases with Klarna. Various factors such as missed or late payments or reported financial problems can lead to you being blocked from using Klarna. If you suspect Klarna has made a mistake, contact Klarna customer service

How do I get my invoice?

You can either view your invoice and download it via the Klarna app on your mobile or their website when you log in to your account. If you cannot log in on either your mobile or the website, you can always contact Klarna customer service and they can send out the invoice to your email/letter.

Do I get money back for shipping and services if I cancel my purchase?

If you cancel a purchase, it is unfortunately the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping back to the company. When we have received a return and it meets all requirements, all products will be refunded.

Can I return the product or get it repaired in any cigge store?

If you have purchased a product online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from when you received it, provided that the product is not used or damaged and is in the same condition as when you received it. To cancel your purchase, you can fill in our form here or you can visit one of our cigge|store shops and bring your order number and the products. You can find all our cigge|store shops here.

Unfortunately, we cannot repair the products. If a product is broken due to manufacturing defects and within the warranty period, you will be able to choose to receive a new product or get it refunded.

What should I do if my e-cig has broken?

What guarantees do I have?

Cigge.se has 1 year warranty on all hardware we sell. This applies to manufacturing defects that have existed from the factory and not due to normal use or user error. You can read more about warranties on point 9: Terms and Conditions

I have sent back a product - when will the money come back to my account?

When we have received the returned item and reviewed it, the refund will be made via Klarna in the same way that you paid for the order. It can take between 1-5 business days for the return to be processed and after that it usually takes no more than 2-3 bank days for the refund to be made via Klarna.

Normally, it takes no longer than a week for a return to be completed within Sweden.

How do I see the shipping costs for a specific product?

I can't find my receipt - can you help me?
