What does it mean that a nicshot contains nicotine salt?

Nicotine salt means that the nicotine is present in a protonated form by combination with an acid. The indication in mg/ml still shows the product’s declared nicotine content per milliliter. A nicotine salt shot of 20 mg/ml and a nicotine base of 20 mg/ml therefore have the same stated nicotine concentration, but the formulations are not identical.

How is the VG/PG ratio calculated after a nicshot has been added?

Sum the amount of VG and PG from both liquids and divide by the final volume. Based on the given proportions, 50 ml of 70VG/30PG contains 35 ml VG and 15 ml PG. A nicshot of 10 ml with 50VG/50PG adds 5 ml VG and 5 ml PG. The final blend therefore contains 40 ml VG and 20 ml PG in a total of 60 ml, which corresponds to approximately 67VG/33PG.
