Important information for returns and claims

It is very important when returning items, and especially important for warranty claims, that you pack the item properly and make sure to empty any liquids and turn off any devices to prevent damage during transport. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in your return or claim being rejected.

For returns, products must be in the same condition, unopened and unused, and returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Claim Rules

For all types of warranty claims, you must demonstrate an actual defect. Therefore, always keep the defective product and all accessories. Always keep the original box for the product. Codes are written on the product box that we need to help you.

cigge.se offers a 1-year warranty on all E-cigarettes, including mods and tanks. (This does not cover normal wear and tear or battery depletion)

We recommend that you check your delivery immediately upon receipt to verify that your item is correct and defect-free.

cigge.se always covers return shipping costs for damaged, incorrect goods, or warranty claims. If a claim is submitted and upon review no defect is found, we may charge a fee for the work performed.

Rejected Claims

If you do not follow the guidelines, your claim may be rejected. This can happen if, for example:

  • You returned the product without the original box
  • You packed your product poorly and it was damaged during shipping
  • You did not empty any E-juice from your tank

If a claim has been sent to us and we have reviewed it but do not receive a response from the customer by phone, SMS, or email, we will dispose of the product after 2 months.
