Here you will find our complete terms and conditions for shopping at cigge.se. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to purchase E-Cigarette products or other accessories such as cotton and coils on cigge.se. If we discover that a minor has attempted to place an order, we will contact their guardian by letter or telephone. We have a system with manual and routine checks that makes it virtually impossible for a minor to receive these products through our service.

Orders placed in another person's name (forgery) will be reported to the police. Each order is manually reviewed for maximum security, and if irregularities are suspected, cigge.se reserves the right to refuse the purchase. Before refusing an order, we always request a personal identification number. If supplementary information cannot be obtained, the order is refused immediately or within one week of not receiving a response. If a minor has made advance payment via direct payment or card payment, the money will be refunded to the charged account.

All purchases are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices always include tax and VAT. Once an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond cigge.se's control, such as changes in tax or VAT rates. Shipping charges apply according to the current tariff, and you will always see the total price at checkout. No other taxes or fees apply.

Upon placing an order, cigge.se sends a preliminary order confirmation by email. The preliminary order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. A purchase agreement is only concluded after cigge.se has verified the buyer's age and corrected any errors in, for example, pricing, delivery time, etc.

Delivery time is normally 2-5 business days within Sweden. Orders placed before 3:30 PM (on non-holiday weekdays) are usually shipped the same day, otherwise the order will be shipped the following business day. Some items may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you by email or telephone.

All orders are normally shipped via postal service. If delivery is delayed by more than 5 days, please contact cigge.se. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We always do our absolute best to fulfill your order. No compensation is provided in cases of Force Majeure. More information under Shipping & Delivery.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen and that affect agreements and commitments made by us, making it impossible for us to fulfill said agreements/commitments, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.

We bear the transport risk from our warehouse to your pickup point in Sweden. For example, if your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, we will compensate you. You bear the risk for any return shipment to us, for example when you want to exchange items.

If any of the items you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the others, we may in some cases split your order. As a customer, you never have to pay more than the originally agreed shipping cost.

If an item is out of stock, it may be backordered and shipped later when it comes back in stock. If you don't want to wait, you can contact our support at support@cigge.se to cancel the remaining product or exchange it.

All our payments are handled by Klarna.

For invoice payment, a minimum of 14 days payment term always applies (see full terms from Klarna here).

If you do not pick up your package from your postal agent/parcel locker within the storage period, you will be charged for round-trip shipping costs plus an administration fee of 75 SEK.

Up to 12 months warranty applies to all hardware except burners/coils or E-juice. It is very important that you as a customer keep the original boxes for hardware you have purchased, as there are codes on all boxes that we need to process warranty claims.

Please note that e-cigarettes and accessories may have limited durability, even under normal use, and this period may be shortened by excessive or incorrect use. It is your duty to indicate and, upon request, demonstrate how the defects appear or occur.

We guarantee that all snus we sell will have at least 2 weeks before expiration on loose cans and 4 weeks on rolls. If you received snus with less than 2 weeks on loose cans or 4 weeks on rolls, email our support at support@cigge.se.

Important information: For all types of complaints, you must demonstrate an actual defect. Therefore, keep the defective product, do not discard or use it. Do not throw away the original box as it has codes that must be provided to the manufacturer - if you don't have the box, the complaint will not be approved. If you don't have the original box, cigge.se has the right to make a value reduction deduction of up to 100% of the item's value when receiving it for complaint.

As a consumer, according to the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 2022:260), you have the right to complain about products that are defective, provided the defect occurred within three (3) years of the product being delivered to you and you have notified cigge.se of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect.

What is considered a reasonable time is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is determined with regard to the nature of the product, but a complaint made within two (2) months of discovering the defect is always considered to be within a reasonable time. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our support as soon as possible.

Please note that atomizers/clearomizers are consumables, they cannot be expected to last forever and are therefore not covered by the warranty.

Note: We do not accept returns sent as registered mail or cash on delivery, as we cannot sign for these. We do not take responsibility for poor packaging in connection with product returns.

It is very important for returns, and especially for complaints, that you pack properly and make sure to empty liquids and turn off devices so they are not damaged during transport.

A 14-day right of withdrawal is granted, provided the item is unused or unopened. Shipping costs for the original order and return are borne by the customer. You can find our withdrawal form on the Complaints & Returns page.

However, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised as long as the item is in the same condition and quantity as upon delivery. If the item is not properly packaged when returning a withdrawn item, cigge.se has the right to make a value reduction deduction of up to 100% of the item's value.

When purchasing E-cigarettes from cigge.se, the original packaging is always an important part of the item's value. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to our customer service at support@cigge.se. Contact us with your order number and a description that you want to cancel your purchase.

Refunds for withdrawals are made within 14 days of receiving the return, without delay, using the same payment method as the original payment (unless otherwise requested).

Cancelled deliveries that are in transit and recalled from the shipping company will result in the customer bearing the round-trip shipping costs. Packages that are not picked up will result in the customer bearing the round-trip shipping costs plus an administration fee of 75 SEK.

When you place an order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address, and telephone number. By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you.

We also document all communication we have with you via email, in order to provide the best possible service. cigge.se will not disclose your personal information to third parties.

In cases where we suspect a minor has made a purchase, you will always be contacted by email and we will request your full personal identification number. Your personal identification number is stored with us and we use it to verify that you as a buyer are of legal age.

A cookie is a text file sent from a website, e.g., ours (www.cigge.se) to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart while browsing our site, etc.

If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this in your browser settings.

Our goal is always to make you as satisfied as possible. Should we unexpectedly end up in a dispute, cigge.se always follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Although we do everything we can to ensure the information on cigge.se is as accurate as possible regarding images, descriptions, and other product information, sometimes the actual appearance of products may differ in reality. However, the contents should always be the same as what was ordered.

Anyone who shops at cigge.se will start a subscription to cigge's newsletter containing discounts and offers. If you don't want these, you can uncheck this option at checkout under the "Discounts / Offers" tab.

If you later want to cancel your subscription, there is a link in the newsletter where you can unsubscribe. To cancel your subscription via SMS, follow the instructions in the SMS.
