Express Deliveries and Larger Orders

If you place a larger order, your order can be shipped as a package and sent to your nearest pickup point or to the specified address, depending on which delivery method you chose at checkout. Leave your mobile phone number and an SMS notification will be sent to you.

Why We Charge for Shipping

Cigge operates exclusively online, and we always strive to offer competitive prices on our entire range. To keep our product prices as low as possible while providing you with the best possible service, we charge a separate shipping fee.

Shipping is done through reliable carriers we partner with, and we continuously work to negotiate the most favorable shipping rates possible – which ultimately benefits you as a customer.

We always offer at least one free shipping option within Sweden for purchases over a certain amount, so you can choose what suits you best.

Delivery Times and Stock

During special occasions, we may have difficulty meeting our delivery times, such as during major holidays or special offers. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but delays may still occur, for example during Black Friday when our carriers also have a lot to handle.

Sometimes a product may be backordered, which means the delivery of your order may take a little longer than expected. You always have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped from us.

Unforeseen delays may also occur at the shipping companies we use for delivery to our customers. We therefore cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day. We also cannot compensate you for any delay. On "Your Account" you can see if your order has been shipped.

Remember that you can see all your trackable shipments from us in the "My Packages" app. In the app, you get updates on where your shipment is along the way.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor disputes, government decisions, and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and that affect agreements and commitments made by us, making it impossible for us to fulfill said agreements/commitments, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreements.

Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as indication restrictions, warning labels, sales bans, etc., abnormal market decline, and if the company is subjected to criminal activity that affects operations.
