Pre-filled pods, also called pre-filled pods or flavor capsules, contain e-juice and are used with a compatible device. The range includes pods from VEEV, VONT, QBIX, SKE CRYSTAL, Salt Switch, Aroma King, Panther Bar and Dripped Fusion.
Each pod is made for a specific device or product series. Therefore check both the brand and the series name before selecting a flavor. Pods from the same brand do not necessarily fit all devices from the brand.
Compatible device, nicotine strength, liquid volume and number of pods in the package are indicated on the respective product.

The pod's product name should indicate the same model or product series as the device. That the pod comes from the same brand does not automatically mean it is compatible. Do not attempt to install a pod that does not fit without resistance or that lacks the correct connection.
Check that the pod is undamaged and not leaking. Remove any transport protection, such as protective film over the contacts or silicone plug over the mouthpiece or air channel. Do not open or puncture the liquid container.
The pod should be replaced when the e-liquid is finished. On a transparent pod the liquid level can often be checked directly. Reduced vapor production or a dry and burnt taste can also indicate that the pod is depleted. First check that the battery is charged if only the vapor production has decreased.
Condensation is usually a small amount of liquid or moisture that collects around the underside of the pod when vapor cools down. Leakage means that a larger or recurring amount of e-liquid leaves the pod's reservoir. Condensation can be wiped away with dry paper. A cracked or repeatedly leaking pod should not be used.
Check that the device is charged, that all transport protections are removed, and that the pod is correctly installed. Dry the pod's and device's contacts and reinstall the pod. Try another compatible pod if the problem persists. If no compatible pod works, the issue may be in the device.
