Is it difficult to get started with e-cigarettes?
We at cigge.se have made it very easy by offering customers starter kits that contain everything you need to get started vaping; you only need to purchase e-juice separately. However, with our more advanced starter kits, you may need to purchase external batteries for your e-cig, as they do not have built-in batteries.

I cough a lot when I puff on my e-cig, what should I do?
If this happens to you, we recommend that you lower the nicotine strength of your e-liquid. This is very common for people who are new to the e-cigarette world, but don’t worry, it’s not a problem. You need to try different strengths to find the nicotine strength that satisfies you! It may also be that your throat is sensitive to PG (propylene glycol), which is the substance that creates the throat hit when you inhale from your electronic cigarette. Instead, look for an e-juice with a higher VG percentage.
Have you ordered a number of e-juices from our webshop and would you like to change the nicotine strength? You can easily exchange them for a lower nicotine strength, provided that the products have not been opened. Please contact our support team if you would like to make an exchange.
Which e-cig is right for me?
There are many e-cigarettes on the market, and it can be difficult to decide which e-cig to buy. There are some things you should consider when getting an e-cig:

I have a basic e-cig; which VG/PG ratio in the e-liquid should I use?
If you have a basic e-cig such as an eGo AIO, we recommend a VG/PG ratio of 50/50 or 60/40, as the coils in an eGo AIO cannot handle more than 60/40. The liquid starts becoming very thick above 60/40, and the coil cannot vaporize the e-liquid quickly enough, which results in less flavor.
What do I need to mix my own e-juice?
To mix your own e-juice, you will need base liquid & flavorings. We have a large selection of flavorings with all the different flavors you can imagine, so feel free to take a look at our flavoring range.
