Bottle capacity and the amount included
The supplied liquid is 100 ml at 0 mg/ml nicotine. The bottle holds 120 ml, leaving 20 ml for optional additions. The liquid can be used as supplied or mixed with two 10 ml shots, with or without nicotine.
The base has a 50/50 VG/PG ratio before additions, meaning equal parts vegetable glycerin (VG) and propylene glycol (PG). Both the amount added and its VG/PG ratio determine the ratio in the finished mixture.
Calculations for the supplied 100 ml
The examples with nicotine shots use 10 ml shots at 20 mg/ml added to the 100 ml at 0 mg/ml. The figure 20 mg/ml applies to the shot before mixing.

Nicotine content = added nicotine in milligrams / total liquid volume in millilitres. For nicotine-free additions, one 10 ml shot gives 110 ml and two give 120 ml. Both remain at 0 mg/ml.
