Multiply the nicotine content in mg/ml by the bottle’s volume. A 10 ml bottle with 3 mg/ml contains a total of 30 mg nicotine. At 6 mg/ml the bottle contains a total of 60 mg nicotine. The total amount in the bottle is not the same as the amount of nicotine absorbed by the body.
